Hachette UK has signed up to a three-year partnership with English PEN.
From defending the rights of persecuted writers and promoting literature in translation to running writing workshops in schools and campaigning to improve the understanding of freedom of expression as a fundamental human right, English PEN seeks to promote literature as a means of greater understanding between people.
